I call them and they came out and got it fixed right away. It was on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. They were polite and repaired our Ac unit for a reasonable price. Called this company at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon during Shrimp Fest! Our HVAC died in our beach condo. I know they would rather do anything other than take care of my emergency in the midst of beach festival chaos late on a Friday. The nice lady that answered the phone immediately sent someone to help. Very grateful and very impressed. I'm a loyal customer for life!
