Made the call to Blakenship Air when our a/c went out after working hours and they were very kind and helpful. Tammy answered all of our questions over the phone and set up an appointment for first thing the next morning. The day following the call, Trace came out and had our air conditioning working in less than an hour! He explained what was wrong (a wire had been cut outside) and also drained whatever needed to be done on the inside. He said the draining was to prevent him having to come out again in the future. We were very impressed with his attitude... especially since it was an early morning job. Blakenship Air is a fantastic company and our household rates them FIVE STARS!
